Bryan Thaw is an associate lawyer at Nelligan O’Brien Payne and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Development Practice Group.
Bryan has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate. He also assists clients with condominium and commercial development.
Bryan graduated from Leicester Law School in the United Kingdom with an LLB in 2014, and later obtained his Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. While attending Carleton University, he was an executive of the Carleton University Exchange Club. At the University of Leicester, Bryan was an executive of the Canadian Law Society and a Legal Aid Clinic Advisor, and was awarded clinic advisor of the year.
Prior to joining Nelligan O’Brien Payne LLP, Bryan worked at a boutique law firm in Toronto where he practised primarily real estate, wills and estates, and corporate law. He previously worked in Ottawa at a leading business law firm, at a legal and educational not-for-profit for persons with disabilities, and at a general practice law firm in Morrisburg, Ontario.
In his free time, Bryan enjoys playing golf and hockey, and is an avid movie and television enthusiast.
