Michael Beaulne is an associate lawyer at Nelligan O’Brien Payne LLP, and a member of the Real Estate and Development Practice Group.

Michael’s practice focuses primarily on assisting clients with residential purchase and sale transactions. He also has experience advising condominium corporations on corporate and litigation issues, and assisting directors and managers to reach their goals.

During law school, Michael participated in the Nelligan O’Brien Payne LLP First Year Moot Court competition, and received a certificate of honourable mention. In subsequent years, Michael has volunteered in the competition as a judge. He has also helped organize a mock trial for elementary students as part of the Ontario Bar Association’s student mock trial program.

Michael is understanding of the issues facing his clients, but is always up-front about the realities of their situation. He is practical, straightforward and dedicated to achieving a good result for his clients.

Outside of the office, Michael leads an active lifestyle. He is part of a local baseball league, enjoys golfing, and plays indoor soccer during the winter months. When not participating in sports, Michael enjoys spending time with his family.
